I initially met Johnathon over 5 years ago and, having worked as a real estate agent and met plenty of brokers, he continued to stand out as the guy I'd go to if I ever needed a loan.Some of the other brokers I know I'd be happy to have a beer with and I've even trained in the gym with some of them but Johnathon stood out as my go-to guy as he's genuine, across the details, trustworthy, and an all-round good guy.My wife, Dani, met Johnathon over a coffee where he answered all our questions and shared a link to his very insightful book.We didn't talk to anyone else, we just worked through the pre-approval process, looked at properties, made 2 offers then got an offer accepted on the second one.We had a valuation issue due to a previous disagreement between the valuer and the listing agent so Johnathon helped us change banks and fix the problem.He gave us an out on this property just in case we were concerned about the valuation but we decided to proceed and he made it happen for us.Since settlement 3 months ago, we've seen sales in our complex almost 10% above our purchase price so we're happy that Johnathon was able to help us achieve our dream result.Thanks again mate, I look forward to a few beers with you sometime soon.
