The team at Time Home Loans are amazing. I first contacted them in 2021 looking to determine my borrowing capacity to buy my first home. Dean was so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and organising pre-approval. After sitting on my behind for over a year, I reached back out in 2022 and Dean referred me to Taryn. The transition was seamless and Taryn answered even more questions and was incredibly helpful with the whole process to purchase my home. If Taryn didn’t have the answer, she was able to help me find out. THL also maintained communication with my solicitor/conveyancer to ensure everyone was up to date. Once everything settled, they also reached out to make sure I had no follow-up questions regarding finance and was able to set everything up with the bank. Highly recommend the team for a full process from start to finish.
